The reality check is an automatically activated tool which allows you to keep track of your activity by receiving a pop-up on your screen every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. This will stop the game you are currently playing until you either select to continue or to exit.
If you wish to increase or decrease the frequency of Reality Check, please go to 'My Account' > 'Play Safe'.
