When requesting a withdrawal, you should make sure that your funds are not linked to an active bonus on your account which may require wagering.
You can check the wagering amount you have left on an active Bonus under ‘My Account’ when navigating from the left-hand side menu.
If this is not the case, please check if you are requesting your withdrawal to the same method you previously deposited with, as we require funds to be withdrawn to the payment method that was used to deposit.
