Why was my withdrawal cancelled?

There can be multiple reasons why a withdrawal is cancelled:

  • The deposit has not been wagered fully. In accordance with our T&C, deposits must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal.

  • The withdrawal has been made with an incorrect method. For security reasons, we ask our customers to use the same method when making a withdrawal as used previously when making deposits. This means that you would need to withdraw back to the payment method used when depositing.

  • The withdrawal has been requested to a payment method that is not in your name.

  • Verification documents have been requested. If the documents haven’t been received within 72 hours, withdrawals will be cancelled, and the funds will be returned to your gaming account.

  • Your account may require to undergo additional security checks.

When a withdrawal is cancelled, you will receive an explanation via your registered e-mail address. If you have any questions, please contact out Customer Support Team.
