I do not have the requested documents, what should I do?

We understand that not all customers have access to the same documents. In some cases, alternative documents may be acceptable, depending on your country and local regulations.

If you do not have a valid ID, you can upload a valid:

  • Drivers license

  • Passport

Or, if you don't have an electricity or water bill, you can provide one of the following instead:

  • A government-issued document showing your name and address

  • A document issued by a bank confirming your name, address and date of issue

All documents must be:

  • Valid and clearly legible

  • Issued in your name

  • They should show your current home address.

  • Up to 6 months old

Please note that rental agreements are not accepted as address verification.

Providing the correct documents as soon as possible will help us complete your account verification and ensure uninterrupted access to your account.
