When sending in your documents for Verification, it's important that the entire document is visible, clear and easily readable - The picture must be in colour, and all 4 corners of the document must be visible.
Pictures that are blurry and unclear cannot be accepted.
If you have received an e-mail stating that your document was rejected due to the picture being unclear, you would need to try again and ensure the picture quality is clear.
