How do I close my account?

In order to request to have your account closed, you would need to contact our Customer Support Team.

We also offer the below features that you can activate within your account:

Time-Out: Do you feel that you need to take a break from playing? The Time-Out feature allows you to deactivate your account for a time period from the following:

  • 24 hours

  • 7 days

  • 1 month

Self-Exclusion: This feature allows you to deactivate your account for a time period of the following:

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

  • 18 months

  • 24 months

  • 36 Months

  • 60 Months

  • Indefinitely

You will not be able to login to your account for the duration of the selected time period and you will not receive newsletters from CrashCasino via e-mail.
